Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Bulk Youtube Transcript Chrome extension ("Extension," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
The Extension is provided by MintMarketing LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. Description of Service
Bulk Youtube Transcript is a Chrome browser extension that provides YouTube transcript extraction capabilities. Our services include:
- Extracting transcripts from YouTube videos, playlists, and channels
- Exporting transcripts in multiple formats
- Bulk transcript processing capabilities
The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not transmit video content or transcript data to our servers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name and email address) provided by Google for the purpose of managing your account and subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur through the Extension under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
The Extension offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed through the Chrome Web Store or a third-party payment processor. We do not store complete payment card information.
5. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier is subject to usage limitations, which may include restrictions on the number of transcripts, video length, or available export formats. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital product, all sales are final and no refunds will be offered. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that immediate access to premium features constitutes delivered service and is not eligible for refunds.
If you subscribed through the Chrome Web Store, refund eligibility may also be governed by Google's Chrome Web Store refund policies.
7. Usage Limitations
You agree not to use the Extension to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Extension without explicit written permission
- Circumvent any usage limitations or access controls built into the Extension
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Extension or related systems
8. YouTube Content Usage
This Extension is intended for personal and lawful use only. Users are solely responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service. By using this Extension, you agree not to distribute or republish any transcript content extracted from third-party videos without the content creator's permission.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Extension's functionality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Extension depends on YouTube's platform and infrastructure, and changes to YouTube's website, API, or policies may temporarily or permanently affect the Extension's capabilities. We are not responsible for any interruptions caused by third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintMarketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, code, graphics, logos, and software associated with the Extension are the property of MintMarketing LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MintMarketing LLC, its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MintMarketing LLC regarding the Extension.
